I have enjoyed the foundational InPersona Coaching management style course with Johan and Kharrthik very much. While I have received coaching sessions myself in the past, it takes mastery to be able to provide coaching to another person. Being able to actively listen and unlock the potential in the other, without jumping straight to advice and solutions, requires skill and practice. In this course, I received insightful information to help me understand what it takes to practice a coaching management style, tools to help kick start this practice and the possibility to put the knowledge and tools into action with peers. On top, the course was fun and interactive. I highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the diverse and inspiring group of people, the approach to the sessions from the two skilled and experienced coaches, and the overall quality of the content they managed to fit in the program. Participating in it has shined new light on how I can help my team members become better versions of themselves. With the knowledge gained I plan to overhaul my coaching conversations and take them to the next level.
